One particular incident stands out - I got it all in with AAxx preflop with a player who was particularly aggressive. Was definitely impressed with the players who were friendly and out of their way to be welcoming to the two outsiders that were there. Ended up getting stuck $1500 on a hand where I thought a guy had trips but got a card to fill up the same time I had my straight (my bad). A few action players who were very aggressive along with some old guys who were pretty nitty. Game was decent and filled with regulars who all knew each other.
Lots of other tables running, although it looked like all 1/2 with a single 2/5 game spread. $6/half hour timed rake game, with what looked like $1 taken out for promotions. Went to Harrah's on Saturday - PLO game was a $5/10 with mandatory $20 button straddle, $700 min-buyin, uncapped.
